Unwanted Phone Calls!!!!!!!

I have a new irritation at this time of every election year.  I hate telemarketer calls any time of any year.  That is why I took the time to put my telephone number on the "Do Not Call Registry" - for all the good that has done!  I still get unsolicited calls all the time - many people seem to be concerned about my credit card interest rates. 

But, at this time of year, in an election year, it gets especially annoying!  I receive no less than three (3) - yes I said 3 - political announcement calls or political survey calls per day.  I have to assume that the Do Not Call Registry does not apply to them either.  I can tell them this - if I were to take time to listen to the messages - which I don't - I would take pains to be sure NOT to vote for the person this message is "pushing".  As to the "survey" calls, they almost make me want to just skip voting all together. 

Are any of you guys getting these annoying political calls??  I would love to hear what you think about them.  Please take the time to weigh in on this.
