How Technology Has Changed!!!!

Of course, one of the biggest news story right now is the problem with Blackberry.  Now, just a short few years ago, if you wanted to send an email, you simply used your computer.  If you needed to talk to someone, you called them.  With Blackberry's recent outage problem, we realize just how reliant on new technologies we are - especially if we are a Blackberry user. 

Good Morning America played a rather humorous clip this morning regarding this outage.  The end of the video indicates that some people actually had to resort to "calling someone".  Have we actually become so reliant on technology that we are at a loss as to what to do when an outage occurs? 

Is this a good thing??
