Well, the news is full of the arguments over the new Immigration Law for Alabama. The court is currently deciding on an injunction to keep this law from going into effect. I really don't see what all the hoopla is about.
If you are here in this country legally, you don't have anything to worry about. And, if you are not here legally, why should "Constitutional Rights" be an issue? If you are not a legal citizen of this country, why should you have "Constitutional Rights"?
What is the purpose of Passports and Visas if anyone can simply go to another country and be afforded all the rights of citizenship of that country with no strings? I have no problem with people immigrating to this country - just do it legally! If you don't come in legally, why should you be afforded the rights that protect the citizens of the country under its Constitution?
What do you guys think???
