CAUTION - Serra Automotive Group

Be cautious in dealing with Serra Automotive Group in any shape, form or fashion.

My daughter-in-law had Serra Mazda do some needed work on her van.  This involved replacing some gaskets.  Now, her van is leaking oil due to sub-standard work.  She attempted to call them regarding this yesterday.  She was speaking with the Service Manger about this, and obviously not getting a lot of cooperation, when he hung up on her.  She called back and he had the nerve to insist that it was "her" who hung up on him!

Now, who would hang up on somebody when they were trying to get arrangements made to have their vehicle repaired?  Seriously????

Needless to say, no arrangements have yet been made to repair the damage that Serra Mazda did to the van.  You would think that the company would be willing to stand behind their repairs without the necessity of legal action. What happened to customer service?

Apparently, Serra Automotive Group has become so large that they no longer feel they need to satisfy their customers "after the sale."  So - if you are thinking of buying from Serra Automotive - or simply having work done at one of their facilities - BEWARE!
